He graduated from Two Rivers High School (formerly Henry Sibley High School) and attended classes at both University of St. Thomas and University of Minnesota. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, being active, and spending time with his wife and kids.
He has spent 9 years in small animal private practice, and finds preventative medicine and wellness to be a vital aspect of care. He started the PressVet Mobile Veterinary Services in 2025.
